A nice drive out, and accidentally running a red light not wanting a ticket i decide to evade the cops… the decked out truck i easily lose the cops and have a nice drive down a empty beach, thats where the chopper comes in and then i move back on to the road and lose the cop cars once again…
please note, i do go the speed limit and all of this was a re-enactment of what i wouldn’t do! please don’t do this at home :D
I’m alive
The second week being kept in with flu symptoms then a sore throat, i’m alive and well… fairbanks winter is kicking in, this is the worst two weeks of my life. barely getting out of my dorm, yet alone my bed, i’m happy to have at least some-sort of solid food in my stomach…
first day of the month
today is the first day of November…which means… turkey day coming!!! well i don’t know what i’ll be doing this year, last year i went to soldotna to see my sister…now she’s at home so i might be going home for thanksgiving… i hope so. but holloween was ok for me, did nothing, it was a normal day for me with a sight of more weirdness… i layed around a little more than normal due to my sickness… it has been the most horrible week of my life… not being able to get out of bed… hard to keep food down…well i think i should keep that to myself… but yeah… my weeks key word… the bed was my best friend…
i plan on starting out this month good… so far soo good
Flats who needs them
I was looking forward to a great weekend of relaxation… Me and a few friends decided to go to Chena hot springs, and halfway over, i got a flat… i was pissed… because they were supposedly new tires. so after swapping out with the spair we turned around and came back to civilization. once food got into our bellies… we decided to play video games…which we did… and thats the story of my weekend… frustration and games… OH and along with the 30 minutes it took us to swap out my spare tire… about 20 cars passed by and only 3 stopped and asked if everything was ok…
realization
i just realized that 2 weeks ago last year Fairbanks had it’s first snowfall for the winter of 08/09. and here it is well into october it’s still up into the 50’s on some days. the sun is awesome but i’m missing the snow! i can’t wait till december to go home and hop on my snowmachine!!! oh and see my Family… hopefully my brother will be done with his training and make it home too!!
